You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use.
EndorFine is a personal wellbeing app that helps you capture moments, reflect on experiences, and track emotional quality over time using AI-powered analysis. The Service uses Google's Generative AI (Gemini) to provide insights and coaching.
AI-generated insights are for informational and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the app ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your content.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription, processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
The Service, including its design, software, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by EndorFine and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDORFINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EndorFine operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
